About The ORGANISATION
Fair & Glow Purnia began as a small ladies’ parlour on March 01, 2005, founded by Mrs. Kumkum Gupta in her own home with just one staff member. What started as a hobby soon blossomed into a thriving business as word spread and customer demand steadily grew. Recognizing this success, her husband, Mr. —who brought 15 years of marketing experience—joined the venture to take it to the next level.
On March 01, 2005, they launched a new salon in a bustling market area, equipped with the latest technologies and services. Since then, Fair Glow Purnia has expanded rapidly, growing from a single employee to a dedicated team of forty, now serving up to 100 customers daily.
